Recognizing the need for more efficiency in the company's proposal process, I spearheaded the development of an extensive system within proposal-building software, incorporated 26 informational brand pages, and profiled more than 80 projects.
My efforts resulted in the successful production of more than 250 proposals within a year. I also leveraged this new infrastructure to develop five high-impact, industry-specific capabilities decks, providing the sales team with valuable tools for client presentations and relationship-building.
Due to client confidentiality, only capabilities decks are presented here. These decks feature many of the same key elements and layouts found in the company's client proposals.
