Proposals & Capabilities Decks

Recognizing the need for increased efficiency in proposal development, I spearheaded the design of a standardized proposal infrastructure. This involved developing a robust system within proposal-building software, incorporating 26 pages of informational brand pages and over 80 project profiles. This streamlined process resulted in the successful production of over 250 proposals within a single year. Furthermore, I leveraged this infrastructure to develop 5 high-impact industry-specific capabilities decks, providing the sales team with valuable tools for client presentations and relationship building. Due to client confidentiality, only the capabilities decks are presented here. These decks feature many of the same key elements and page layouts found within the company's client proposals.
